Our Editorial Mission
PAVEGov.com.pk publishes clear, practical and reliable information about the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) Program, electric bike and rickshaw schemes, EV subsidies, installment plans, eligibility rules, balloting, electric vehicle prices and related government schemes in Pakistan.
Many of our readers are students, workers, delivery riders, women applicants and small business owners who want to understand a scheme before they apply. Some of them may use our guides to make financial decisions. For this reason, our goal is to publish content that is useful, easy to understand, transparent about its limits and based on reliable sources.
This Editorial Policy explains how we research, write, review, update and correct the information published on this website.
Independent Website Disclosure
PAVEGov.com.pk is an independent informational website. We are not a government department and we are not the official website of the PAVE Program, the Ministry of Industries & Production, the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) or any bank or vehicle manufacturer.
- Applications for the PAVE scheme are submitted only on the official portal pave.gov.pk.
- We do not accept applications, process registrations, conduct balloting or approve subsidies or loans.
- We never ask readers for their CNIC number, OTP, password, bank details or any fee.
- Our tools, such as the eligibility checker and installment calculator, give estimates based on publicly announced rules. They do not access any government record.
We clearly state this on our homepage, in our Disclaimer and on pages where readers might otherwise be confused.
Accuracy and Reliability
Accuracy is our first editorial priority. Before publishing or updating a guide, our team checks key facts such as:
- Subsidy amounts for electric bikes, rickshaws and loaders
- Loan limits, financing options (Bank Lease and Self Finance) and repayment terms
- Age limits, quotas and eligibility conditions
- Registration steps, required documents and application tracking
- Balloting and result announcements

When official information is unclear, incomplete or not yet announced, we say so plainly instead of guessing. For example, if no official last date has been announced, we will not publish an estimated date as if it were confirmed.

Research and Sources
Our content is based on official and publicly verifiable sources, including the official PAVE portal, announcements by the Ministry of Industries & Production, official notifications, press releases and statements from relevant government departments, partner banks and approved manufacturers.

Updating Existing Content
Government schemes change often. Registration windows open and close, phases change and subsidy terms may be revised. To keep our content useful:
- We review our main guides regularly, and immediately when an official update is announced.
- We show a “Last updated” date on important pages.
- We remove or clearly mark information that is outdated.
- Older phase information is kept only when it is useful for reference and is labelled as such.
Corrections
