New Updated Price List for All Types Of e-Bikes Under Govt PAVE Scheme Phase 2 & 3 2026
Pakistan’s PAVE Scheme has entered Phase 2 and preparations for Phase 3 are also underway as the government continues promoting electric bikes across the country.
Under the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) program, the government is offering subsidies on electric bikes to reduce fuel imports and encourage eco-friendly transport.
Officials say eligible buyers can receive subsidies of up to Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 80,000 on approved electric bike models depending on the financing category and manufacturer.
According to recent updates, the Phase 2 system now works on a first-come-first-served basis instead of computerized balloting.
Below is the updated estimated price list for popular e-bikes under the PAVE Scheme 2026 after subsidy adjustments:
- Jolta JE-70 Electric Bike — Starting from Rs. 170,000
- Metro T9 Electric Scooter — Around Rs. 165,000
- Evee C1 Air — Approximately Rs. 190,000
- OKLA Electric Scooter — Starting near Rs. 210,000
- EcoDost ED70 — Discounted price around Rs. 170,000
- EcoDost ED100 — Discounted price around Rs. 200,000
- Vlektra Electric Bike Models — Starting from Rs. 249,000
- Crown Electric Bikes — Prices vary after subsidy support
The government has allocated billions of rupees under the New Energy Vehicle Policy 2025–2030 to support electric bikes, rickshaws, and loaders nationwide.
Officials also confirmed that women, students, overseas Pakistanis, and low-income citizens can apply for subsidized electric bikes through partner banks and self-finance options.
Industry experts believe electric bikes are becoming more popular in Pakistan due to rising petrol prices, lower maintenance costs, and government subsidy support.
Applications for PAVE Scheme Phase 2 are currently active through the official online portal, while further expansion is expected under Phase 3 later in 2026.
