IBCC Launches Online Payment System for Equivalence Services – Applicants Can Now Pay Fees Digitally

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) has officially launched IBCC ePay, a modern digital payment system designed to simplify the equivalence application process for students and applicants worldwide. The new platform allows users to pay equivalence fees online using internationally accepted payment methods, including Visa and MasterCard, eliminating the need for traditional banking procedures.

The latest initiative is expected to provide significant relief to overseas Pakistanis, international students, and foreign applicants who require IBCC equivalence certificates for educational and professional purposes. With the introduction of IBCC ePay, applicants can now complete their payments from anywhere in the world without visiting bank branches or arranging manual payment transfers.

According to IBCC officials, the launch of the online payment system is part of the organization’s broader digital transformation strategy aimed at improving efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of public services. The platform has been developed to ensure a faster and more convenient user experience while reducing delays associated with conventional payment methods.

IBCC Executive Director Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah stated that the project was launched with the support and guidance of the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training. He emphasized that the system reflects the organization’s commitment to innovation and technology-driven public service delivery.

The Executive Director further revealed that the entire platform was developed by IBCC’s in-house technical team, demonstrating the institution’s growing technological capabilities. The successful implementation of the digital payment solution is expected to enhance service delivery standards and support applicants seeking equivalence certifications from across the globe.

The introduction of IBCC ePay marks another important step toward the digitization of educational services in Pakistan. Education experts believe the system will improve accessibility, reduce processing challenges, and provide a more secure and user-friendly payment experience for applicants.
