Punjab Launching One App for Token Tax and EPA Challan Payments
The Punjab Excise Department is introducing a new digital system that will allow citizens to pay token tax, EPA challans, and traffic fines through a single mobile application.

According to officials, the new “One App” platform aims to improve transparency, convenience, and faster payment processing for vehicle owners across Punjab.
The service will start in phases from next week and will gradually expand across the province. Authorities say the app will simplify vehicle-related government payments for citizens.
Waqas Nazir said the platform connects data from nine different government departments into one digital system.
Users will be able to check pending token tax, traffic challans, and EPA fines by entering their vehicle registration number or uploading a picture of the number plate.
Officials added that the app has already been used successfully for digital traffic challans during the past two months. The government is now expanding the system for additional payment services.
Under the new system, payments made through the PSID mechanism will directly transfer funds into official government department accounts. Authorities believe this will improve transparency and reduce delays.
The Punjab government also plans to connect more departments to the platform in the next phase. Citizens may soon access all vehicle-related services and payment records through one portal.
The latest development has gained attention online as users search for Punjab token tax app, EPA challan payment, digital challan system, and vehicle tax online payment services.
