Sindh Govt to Distribute 1,000 More Pink EV Scooties to Women
The Sindh government has announced plans to purchase and distribute 1,000 more Pink EV Scooties for women as part of its expanding electric transport program.

The decision was discussed during a meeting of the Transport and Mass Transit Department chaired by Sharjeel Inam Memon.
Officials said the government is also expanding the Peoples Bus Service network through new intercity routes across Sindh to improve public transport facilities.
According to reports, new bus services are expected to launch in Larkana, Dadu, Sehwan, Hyderabad, and Sanghar in the coming weeks.
Authorities also confirmed new Peoples Bus Service routes between Khairpur and Rohri, along with Khairpur and Ranipur. These routes are likely to begin operations next week.
The Sindh government plans to introduce additional EV buses and double-decker buses in Karachi to further improve environmentally friendly public transport services.
During the meeting, officials reviewed ongoing projects related to electric taxis, Peoples Bus Service expansion, and the Pink EV Scooties scheme for women.
Sharjeel Inam Memon directed authorities to immediately resolve registration-related issues connected with the Pink EV Scooties project.
The minister said the Sindh government is focused on providing safe, modern, and eco-friendly transport facilities for women, students, and daily commuters across the province.
